"Really professional vet, honestly a solid visit"
I took my dog in and the vet was super professional, but still easy to talk to, which I really appreciated. They explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions. The appointment did start a little late, which was mildly annoying. But then BAM, once we were in there, everything felt calm and focused. I felt heard, my questions got answered, and overall it was a good experience...

"Pretty frustrating experience"
I wasn’t very happy with my experience using Vetlink. The site felt confusing to navigate, and I ended up not getting the help or information I was looking for. I get that things don’t work perfectly for everyone, but it’s fair to expect a service like this to be a bit clearer and easier to use, especially when people are trying to take care of their pets. Maybe it works better for others, but for me it was frustrating and didn’t feel worth the time.

"Worked Well, Just Took a Bit"
My dog had this annoying skin issue, so I tried vetlink.clinic to get some advice and treatment without having to stress him out with a trip right away. The vet explained things clearly, and the medicine they recommended did start helping after a few days.

It definitely wasn’t an INSTANT fix, and I did end up asking one follow-up question because I wasn’t totally sure what was normal. They got back to me and explained what signs to watch for, which made me feel a lot better.
Overall, it was a good experience. I’d use them again for something like this, but I do wish the first reply had come a little faster

"Really helpful for the price"
I used vetlink.clinic when I had a quick question about my pet, i was grateful to get an answer without having to book a full vet visit right away. The response came quickly, and for what I paid, it felt like a fair and useful option.

It wasn’t a complete replacement for my local vet, since I did end up following up later, but it helped me feel more at ease in the moment. I appreciated having a simple way to get some guidance without spending too much

"Helpful video consult, aside from one ridiculous freeze"
The vet got back to me really quickly and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. The video did freeze once, which was a little ridiculous, but it came back and the consult was still really helpful overall.

"Pretty clear pricing, no weird surprises"
I liked that vetlink.clinic showed the prices clearly before I booked. It made it easier to decide, and umm, I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into anything. I do wish a few of the extra fees were explained a little more, but overall it felt fair and was simple to use.

"Got it sorted in the end"
I had a bit of a problem booking through Vetlink and, to be honest, I was a little annoyed at first. I had to wait a bit for support to get back to me, but they did reply and they did sort it out for me. It wasn’t perfect, no, but everything worked fine after that. I’d probably use them again

"Support after the visit was not great"
I’m sure they’re busy and everything, so I’m trying not to make a huge thing out of it, but the follow-up support was disappointing. The first response came through, and after that it felt like I had to keep nudging them just to get anywhere. When answers did come, they were either slow or didn’t really help much. Maybe the actual vet side is fine, but the support after was frustrating. I probably wouldn’t use them again.

From what I remember using it, the idea was helpful and I did pick up a few useful bits of info. But when I was looking for basic vet guidance, a lot of the answers felt kind of broad, and I wasn’t always sure whether something needed urgent care or not. I kept thinking it would ask more detailed questions, especially since pet health can be tricky. In the end, I called my local vet anyway just to be safe. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t feel quite thorough enough for me.

"Still not totally sure I trust it"
I checked out vetlink.clinic the other day while I was sitting at the kitchen table with my coffee getting cold, i came away feeling kind of unsure about it. The website looks decent enough at first glance, but a few parts felt a little vague to me.
I was trying to find clearer info about who’s actually behind the service and how everything works, but I didn’t really find enough to feel comfortable. Maybe it was there and I just missed it, but I clicked around for a while and still had questions.
It might be perfectly fine for some people, especially if they’re just browsing, but when it comes to pet-related stuff I’m a bit more cautious. I’d want more straightforward details before I’d feel good about trusting it.
